Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate partner with The Odd Pro! Our affiliate program is designed to reward you for helping us spread the word about our transformative platform. Below, you’ll find all the details about our affiliate payout process.

**Payout Frequency: Twice per Month**
We believe in fast and efficient payouts. Our affiliate payouts are scheduled twice per month to ensure you receive your earnings promptly.

– Affiliate sales made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be paid on the 1st of the following month.
– Sales made between the 15th and the end of the month will be paid on the 15th of the following month.

**Fast and Easy Payouts**
We value your time, and that’s why we’ve designed our payout process to be straightforward. Payments are processed two weeks after each payout cycle, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.

**Commissions and Payouts**
For each successful referral that leads to a new member signing up for The Odd Pro, we offer a generous 40% commission on the first month’s membership dues. As our membership is priced at $25 per month, your payout for every successful referral will be $10.

**Getting Started**
1. Sign up for our affiliate program using the “AFFILIATE SIGN-UP” button.
2. Receive your unique affiliate link to share with your network.
3. Start promoting The Odd Pro and sharing the benefits with others.
4. Earn $10 for each successful referral who becomes a member of The Odd Pro.

**Affiliate Agreement**
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between The Odd Pro ("Company" or "We") and you ("Affiliate" or "You"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your participation in The Odd Pro's affiliate program ("Program").

By signing up as an affiliate and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

**Affiliate Responsibilities:**

1. **Promotion:** As an affiliate, you agree to promote The Odd Pro and its services to your network through various legitimate means, including but not limited to, sharing your unique affiliate link, creating content, and engaging in ethical marketing practices.

2. **Ethical Conduct:** You agree to conduct yourself with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all affiliate activities. Any form of misleading or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited.

3. **Compliance:** You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to affiliate marketing, as well as this Agreement. You will not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation or interests of The Odd Pro.

4. **Representations:** You will make only accurate and honest representations about The Odd Pro and its services. Misleading or false claims are not permitted.

**Company Responsibilities:**

1. **Affiliate Program:** The Company will provide you with a unique affiliate link that can be tracked to monitor your referrals and earnings.

2. **Support:** The Company will provide you with necessary support and resources to assist you in your affiliate marketing efforts.

3. **Commissions:** The Company will pay you a commission of 40% of the first month's membership dues for every successful referral made through your affiliate link.

**Commissions and Payouts:**

1. Commissions will be paid on the first month's membership dues of each successful referral. Commissions are paid at a rate of 40% of the membership fee, which is $10 per successful referral.

2. Payouts will be made twice per month. Sales made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be paid on the 1st of the following month. Sales made between the 15th and the end of the month will be paid on the 15th of the following month.

**Termination:**

This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

**Confidentiality:**

During the term of this Agreement, you may gain access to confidential information related to The Odd Pro. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

**Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:**

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

By signing up as an affiliate and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
